Who we are

HPBM is the specialist estate and block management division of an award winning property management agency from the North East. HPBM is Heaton Property Block Management. Our approach to block management means that we are able to deal with small blocks with only 2 or 3 units, right through to large and complex mixed use developments.

Our knowledge is based on both experience in this specialised area and ongoing continual professional development of all the team. Our directors and block managers have NFOPP qualifications or are graduates, with degrees in estate management. We are very proud of the feedback we receive from freeholders, leaseholders and resident management company directors. Indeed, one of the main reasons we receive a new instruction is through recommendation.
